I made sure the little bear got stuffed yesterday. John really didn't want to drive to Michael's but, since I insisted, we turned it into a drive, with the possibility of a jump in the lake. The swim didn't happen, but I did get the polyester filling.
And here's how the little bear turned out...
Total cuteness, don't you think? I think I'll call him Sammy, as the little girl who'll be receiving him is named Sam (short for Samantha). I'm going to use Sammy as a "bow" for the baby dress that will be going to my bosses, Phil & Kim, for their soon-to-be-arriving daughter #2. Sammy will have a bow and a tag around his neck, making it clear that he's for Sam.And I'll just have to make another one for myself!
