The joke with zucchini is that i...Looking good, Ev! The joke with zucchini is that if you plant one you won't get any but if you plant two you will have far too much. I used to grate it into everything so my kids would eat it. Unfortunately when I planted my favourite yellow zukes they were harder to disguise! We eat a lot of them as pickles and relish too. Yum.<br /><br />We don't eat many potatoes anymore so I don't plant them now. However, there's always a couple that show up anyway!
